I make traditional leaded windows, mostly working to commission for private houses, schools and other buildings. I also make limited edition lino and woodblock prints using a Victorian converted mangle printing press.

I trained as a stained glass maker 20+ years ago and have been practising (as well as teaching stained glass) ever since.

I studied printmaking at college and have been practising that on and off since my teens. I've spent quite a few years practising at Dartington Print Workshop, a wonderful resource with lots of resident experts.

I also work part-time as exhibitions officer and curator at the Devon Guild of Craftsmen in Bovey Tracey, where I meet and work with some of the most talented and creative people in the craft world. I enjoy my role of nurturing makers along their paths and encouraging experimentation and development in their work. I also find a lot of satisfaction in displaying the finished work in gallery settings and introducing the work to visitors.

I live in rural Devon - on the edge of Dartmoor but near the sea and I mostly listen to Radio 4, podcasts and Nina Simone while I work.
